• "Carrier" refers to the bus operators whose tickets are available for booking through SmallBus.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payments

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all passengers.
• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your booking.
• You understand that booking confirmations are subject to availability and verification.
• All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is not stored on our servers unless you opt to save it for future bookings.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the Carrier's policy.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund.
• SmallBus charges a service fee for processing cancellations and refunds.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

6. User Conduct

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SmallBus, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of SmallBus or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from SmallBus without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmallBus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmallBus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
